Brian represented us as both a selling broker and a buying broker. On the buying side, Brian worked hard for us in finding a new home, showing us upwards of around 30-40 homes over the course of several months. He was patient with us and didn't complain that we were wanting to see too many houses. His many years of experience in sales really shines through and becomes obvious as he works on your behalf to get you a fair deal. Brian came through for us in a big way when our sellers wanted to shaft us with an unorthodox request pertaining to the closing of our house which would have left us homeless and would have cost us lots of money. Brian worked on our behalf negotiating with the seller's broker and was able to get them to waive the request which helped us immensely. As a selling broker, we were especially impressed at the fantastic buyer's page that Brian put together for our home on MIBOR. The home packet that he assembled which advertised our house was very carefully crafted and well thought out. He really "sold" our house on paper, and made our house seem extremely appealing and desirable. As a result, we were able to sell our home in less than 24 hours after it hit the market! Wow! Brian was extremely responsive to our questions and supportive of our challenge to sell our house while living 600 miles away from Indianapolis.
