As my husband and I decided to make the large decision whether we really wanted to sell our home or not, we agreed that we both found it very important to find a realtor who aligned with our American values. We were happily introduced to Brian Wignall and his team. During the initial meeting, we were surprised to find out Brian was wrapping up a deployment in the middle east. While on this deployment, he literally took time to set up a phone conference to meet us and answer all of our questions! This was just the beginning of what would end up being a very involved/hands on real estate agent. From offering advice on the current housing market, to scheduling the house photographer to helping By schedule repairmen to sitting beside us at the table in the title office during closing - Brian was proactive! Regular communication throughout the entire sale of our home allowed us to understand where we were in each step of the process. This led to a smooth experience in what is normally a stressful uprooting of your life! Brian helped sell our home in the first 24 hours it was listed! Before hiring Brian Wignall as our agent, we had been working with a realtor from another company. Although he was very nice, over the course of several months, we had only three showings of our home to potential buyers. There were two open houses held at our home and only one person showed up. We soon learned that the agent was not listing our property on as many websites as we were led to believe and he was not doing anything to actively get our home sold. The only advice the realtor provided was to lower the asking price in order to get more showings. We originally knew Brian Wignall due to the friendship between his daughter and our daughter. When our daughter sold her house last year, she used Brian as her agent and he did a great job helping her sell the house. After seeing how Brian helped our daughter, we decided to release the agent from the other company and hire Brian to help us sell our home (this was in October). Time was of the essence because we had found a home we really loved. However, we couldn’t purchase it until our house sold and we were afraid we were going to lose it to another buyer. From the very beginning, Brian was very detail oriented. He sat down with us and explained exactly what he would be doing to sell our home. It involved not just scheduling showings but also heavy advertising on multiple websites as well as a postcard campaign to local agents letting them know about our home. Brian followed up with us constantly and let us know how things were going. Within a few weeks, we had more interest in the home and more showings than the entire time we were with the other agency and we received an offer on our home. While Brian was working to sell our home, he was also in contact with the owner of the home we wanted to purchase and worked with their agent to close the deal. On December 8th , we closed and were the owners of our new home. We honestly believe that if it had not been for Brian, we would not have sold our house in time to get the new home we wanted. We would highly recommend Brian Wignall as a realtor for anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home.

Brian was most definitely the most prolific and friendly real estate broker that my wife and I have ever encountered. He was always on time, he was very quick to respond to our many questions, and he was always available to answer the questions that we needed. We were constantly updated on our process, so his communication was fantastic. Also, Brian's negotiation skills were insurmountable - we were pleasantly surprised on just how much we were able to have with the house, as he is a respectfully aggressive negotiator. He was very honest, and he was very knowledgeable about the systemic trends that made the housing market work. Overall, he was, and is, incredibly personable and it is clear that he is genuinely invested in the interests of his clients. I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend Brian to my friends, family, and anyone else who is looking to purchase a home. Also, it's important to mention that Brian is a great team player and uses these connections with integrity and professionalism. Great marks.

He was always available on a short notice and was always excited to show us the houses. With his help we found the perfect home for our family.
