I found my passion for real estate over 30 years ago. After spending years working with my father in his general contracting business, my first official position in real estate was as a real estate appraiser beginning in Cincinnati and southeastern Indiana before moving to central Indiana. I have helped 200+ buyers/sellers as a broker and completed over 3000 valuations of residential property thus far in my career.
I have lived in the Indianapolis area since 1984 and have a long history of community leadership including little league baseball coach, president of Greater Allisonville Community Council, and Chairman of a local Boy Scout troop. I am a proud Indianapolis resident and always look forward to attending to client needs.
One of my favorite “influencers”, philosophers and founding “grandfathers” of our constitution, John Locke, believed in life, liberty and property. Preservation of property ownership is government’s ultimate end, and I believe it to be the conduit to community, safety and security.
